Finding and working successfully with buyers takes skill and persistence, especially in a “seller’s market.” Helping buyers find the right property is only part of the story. A skillful buyer’s agent needs to be able to find prospects, keep track of them and market to them, discover what they want and need, and help buyers make effective decisions about their future housing. Agents also need to be able to help buyers make offers that will get accepted and guide the buyers through the process to closing. Topics covered in this workshop include prospecting for buyers, asking questions, working with internet leads, helping buyers write offers, dealing with hesitations, and more. Based on Wickman principles, this workshop will help agents master a routine to address buyer needs and serve their buyer clients better. Please note: Instructor: Mary Johnson-Pallin.
Continuing education credit is pending. This is day one of a two-day workshop. Participants must commit to both days of the workshop.
